We are so pleased to offer our amazing monthly booked home that we have had the pleasure of living in for the past few months. We are a family/friends owned business from WI that came to Key West and fell in love with the "Keys lifestyle". We want to share our dream and home with you! Bayview Cove pulled at our heartstrings with the stunning views of the turquoise waters and abundance amounts of sea life within our own bay. We have had the pleasure of seeing Manatee, Dolphins, spotted Sting Rays and so many amazing birds right off our porch; so, don t forget to bring extra binoculars! Our home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home located near mile marker 15 and near a dead-end street for added privacy and seclusion. Saddlebunch Keys is the small community of Bay Point that has fewer than 500 residents, a county park, and two stores. The community due west of Bay Point is Bluewater Key, with fewer than 100 residents, they are connected by a bike path, that continues to Big Coppitt Key. We are within walking distance of the world-famous Baby’s coffee shop! We offer a king suite with full shower, TV, large closet and an inclining king bed for added comfort and support with one of the most comfy mattresses that will draw you to a quick and relaxing sleep after a long day on the water fishing or beach. Our 2nd bedroom is a Queen bed, large closet, TV and again, one super comfy memory foam mattress. Our 3rd bedroom offers full sized bunk beds with TV. All of our TV’s in our home are smart TVs. The 2nd bathroom offers a full size tub/shower between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Privacy shades are provided in each bedroom for room darkening if you want to sleep in after a long night in Key West. We provide an open kitchen and living room concept for everyone to have the ability to have a great conversation about the day they had with deep sea fishing or a day of shopping. Ice maker refrigerator in kitchen provided plenty of room for your groceries and drinks along with plenty of freezer room for your frozen fish; we have a bait freezer for your bait on the lower level so no worries about bringing that to the inside or our home. We have a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for the serious coffee drinkers and our kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of utensils/kitchenware. The kitchen/living room has one of the most spectacular views of the open water on the upper level with 2 full patio sliding doors that access an outdoor sitting area. Imagine sitting on the upper level deck with a fabulous drink in your hands, either hot or cold! Large 55-inch smart TV is provided within a console that can either be left up or placed inward so you can have full viewing access of the stunning views that our home offer. When you sit on the upper outdoor patio area you can see the bridge access between the Atlantic and Gulf going to Key West. Turquoise water all around you with mangroves that are providing active wildlife. Wild dolphin, Manatee, Sea turtles and Sting Rays have all been seen sitting on the patio while relaxing; we can’t wait for you to see the same views and activity that we have had the privilege of seeing. Our lower level patio area offers the pool, very comfortable outdoor furniture that will add to the “want to stay” feeling. Pool towels are provided for your convenience and a few pool toys, but you can certainly bring your own as well, we don’t mind! While sitting near the pool, you get the privilege of viewing some of the most stunning and spectacular sunsets the islands can offer so please take the time to sit and relax! Once you are done fishing, we do have a LP gas grill to cook your fresh catch; even lobster! Don’t think only fishing is allowed, you can kayak or paddleboard right off of our property at the water line or step out with your snorkel equipment and dive within our bay; don’t forget your flags. You can bring your boat with bumpers and anchor out and we have plenty of room for your trailer and 2 vehicles. We offer a 30ft. floating dock and 2 docking stations for jet skis. Bay Boats and Bass Boats work for boating access to ocean. Our home is gated for your privacy or you can leave the gates open for quick access to the local shops nearby; like Baby’s Coffee! Can you tell we like that place? You will too. Our children and grandchildren adore coming to our home, just like your family would as well.
