Book shelves holding hundreds of books are available for your reading delight. The bedrooms are comfortable with king beds in two bedrooms and two full sized beds in the third bedroom. The bathrooms have been recently updated with double rain-head showers, ceramic tile floors and ceramic tile walls. There is a private outdoor shower on the deck. The house is very clean and simply decorated. The pool is heated to 85 degrees during the cool months. If you need secure parking for your motorcycle, bike or kayak, it is available in the driveway behind a security fence. The beach is a mere 4 block walk, as are the public tennis and pickle ball courts. Within easy biking distance are world class restaurants such as Louie’s Backyard, El Siboney and Salute.
